Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 June 2026.
Operator: Shine Player (individual — name and address to be completed), Germany. Contact: contact@shineplayer.shinenows.com.
By downloading and using Shine Player, you accept these terms.
1. Nature of the service — a player only
Shine Player is a media player. The app does not provide, host or broadcast any content, TV channel, movie or playlist. You must supply your own M3U list or Xtream Codes credentials. No content link is preloaded.
2. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you access and the sources you configure. You agree to use only lawful sources and to respect third-party rights and applicable law. The operator accepts no responsibility for content provided by third parties.
3. Licences and trial
- A 7-day free trial is available, limited to one trial per device.
- Paid licences (monthly, annual) grant access to all features for their duration. A licence is tied to one device.
- Licence codes are personal; sharing or resale is not permitted.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment is made via PayPal. The licence (a digital product) is activated upon receipt of payment. For any refund request, contact us within 14 days at contact@shineplayer.shinenows.com; requests are reviewed case by case, unless the licence has already been fully used.
5. Availability and warranties
The app is provided "as is". We strive to keep it working properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party source.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. We may update them; the version in force is the one published on this page.
